BJP leader Altaf Thakur greets people on Eid Milad-un-Nabi (ﷺ), eve
Urges admin to ensure proper power, water supplies at Hazratbal other shrines
Srinagar 27 Sep: J&K BJP spokesman Altaf Thakur Wednesday extended hearteous greetings to the people on the eve of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (ﷺ).
In a statement issued here, Thakur appealed to people to pray for peace and harmony in Jammu and Kashmir on this revered occasion, adding that it was on this day the prophet of prophets Muhammad (saw) was born.
In his message on the auspicious occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW), Altaf Thakur said, “I extend my heartiest greetings to the people, especially Muslims in Jammu and Kashmir, on the revered occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, which marks the birth anniversary of our beloved prophet (PBUH). The revered day brings blessings to mankind as the Almighty Allah sent Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as a messenger of peace and harmony for everyone living in this world.
“May this Eid Milad-un-Nabi bring peace and harmony in our lives, and may the blessing of this sacred occasion fill our hearts with the mercy of Allah, guide us to the right path, and fill our hearts with the mercy of Allah,” he prayed.
The BJP leader urged the administration to ensure proper drinking water and power supplies especially on the occasion of Milad-un-Nabi (saw) especially at Hazratbal and other shrines of Kashmir.
