Bandipora Police distributes 500 Covid-19 safety kits to poor and needy families

Bandipora: Bandipora police today launched Public Out -Reach campaign to help the poor and needy persons of the district under the Civic Action Programme of J&K police. Under this campaign immediate necessary items for impending winter like blankets and COVID-19 safety, kits were provided to 500 poor and needy families of the district during a function organized at S.K Stadium Bandipora.SSP Bandipora Sh. Rahul Malik-IPS distributed these items amongst the families, accompanied by DySP Hqr Bandipora and DSP DAR.SSP in his address said that there is a need for sensitizing the society of its responsibilities towards COVID-19 particularly the needy and poor families and this gesture of police to provide a helping hand to poor and needy persons for COVID Prevention. He emphasized upon on them that police is always there for any help for the poor and needy people.
