Anti-militancy Operation will continue in winters: DGP
The Jammu and Kashmir Police Chief Dilbagh Singh on Sunday said Anti-militancy operations will continue in winters in J&K.
He also said militancy in North Kashmir is almost at the last stage as forces have succeeded to curb it to a larger extent.
According to reports, Police Chief said, “, Militancy in North Kashmir is at last stage. So far we have good hold as militancy is almost under control and I hope it will be free region soon.”DGP said that there will be no changes in anti-militancy operations in Kashmir valley despite winter is coming,” he said this during a sports function of police in north Kashmir.
” Like last year anti-militancy operations took place and same will be this winter, as militants here in Kashmir on the instructions of Pakistan have started killing innocent people, he said will not make their mission success and our efforts are on for the protection and safeguard of people of our valley.”
He appreciated the efforts of Jammu and Kashmir Police for organising sports events and said these types of attempts will continue in the future for the welfare of the young generation.”we are here to work for peace and prosperity.”
