Anantnag CAPD department in a crackdown on private hospital seizes 34 domestic LPG cylinders

Anantnag,31 December: Anantnag CAPD department tightened nose on private business establishments who are violating the government norms here in south Kashmir’s Anantnag District.

Taking a cue from the Arising state report on black marketing of domestic LPG cylinders in Anantnag District, the Assistant Director CAPD Anantnag Wali Mohammad launched today a drive in the main town of Anantnag and imposed fine on several business establishments including private hospitals for using domestic gas instead of commercial Gas in their hospitals.

The Assistant Director CAPD was accompanied by several employees by the department during the checking, a fine of Rs 14200 was realized and 34 domestic Gas cylinders were seized from a private Al Noor hospital in Anantnag town.

Talking to Arising state Assistant Director Food Anantnag Wali Mohammad said that the drive will continue till these private business establishments will not use commercial gas and also said that the drive will also be conducted at the Tehsil level,he said,” I wrote to the concern supervisors to inspect the private business establishments so that they also will not use domestic Gas in their shops and other business units.”
