19 Armed Regiment of Indian Army organized a Medical Camp at Nepora Qazigund.

Anantnag 04, Nov: 19 Armed Regiment of Indian Army organized a Medical & Health Care Awareness Camp at Nepora Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday under “Naya Kashmir”.

Eyewitnesses told the Arising state that scores of people from Nepora Qazigund and its adjacent areas were benefited by the awareness camp.

Around 400 people benefited from a medical camp organized by 19 Armed Regiment of Indian Army at Nepora Qazigund in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district, said Major Manoj Makor of 19 Armed Regiment of Indian Army.

He said that a team of doctors from the Army in Qazigund took part in the medical camp during which consultations, treatment, and medicines were provided to over 400 beneficiaries of Nepora and its adjacent villages.

The Army doctor examined patients of various age groups including elders and children. The patients mostly suffered from Upper Respiratory Tract Infections and traumas, Manoj said.

The event was appreciated by locals who have benefited from this awareness camp, Manoj added.
