Encounter Rages in Manchowa Budgam Part of City-outskirts of Srinagar

Srinagar, 27 October, : An encounter Broke out Between Militants and Govt Forces in  Manchowa Budgam a City-outskirts part of Srinagar, A police official Confirmed the encounter and said that encounter is currently underway in the area, The area is just six and a half kilometers away from the main city Srinagar.

Earlier Army’s 50 RR, SOG, and JK police jointly launched  CASO, which later turned into an encounter. The firing was going on from both Sides. A senior police officer also confirmed the exchange of firing between militants and security forces and said the gunbattle is underway.
