Kuldeep Kumar Rao an active member of Movement for Peace, Equality & Justice, in a statement issued here has strongly criticized the daylight murder of a college student outside her college, in Faridabad (Haryana) on Monday. Mr. Rao while commenting on the most burning & public issues like the recent, a 21 year old college Girl’s murder on 26th of October, 2020 in daylight in front of College gate at Faridabad (Haryana), Shushant Rajput & Disha Salian’s death cases, rapists, drug mafia & adulterators in the country, has expressed great wonder that most of the criminal laws prevalent in the country are back dated to the British India, which the Britisher’s had framed to suppress the voice of poor people. Mr. Rao said that it was only when the Delhi rape & murder victim has awakened one and all in the country including politicians & Parliamentarians. This nationwide public outcry, in 16, December, 2012 on gang rape and murder in Delhi, led to the passing of the criminal law (Amendment) Act in 2013 which widened the definition of rape and made punishment more stringent but not time bound & only than on January 7, 2020, Delhi Court issued death warrant for four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape & murder case after 7 years. & now in the Shushat Rajput’s & Disha’s death cases have again awakened one & all in the country & the CBI is now investigating these death case but the justice to these cases is not possible due to the involvement of Politicians & high profile people in these cases. If the central government really wants to give justice to SSR & Disha’s death like case, then the government should give more teeth to the law & the consent of the suspects & prime accused, should not at all be made mandatory for conducting NARCO TEST/Polygraph test/ Lie detector test.

He further said that without Police, Judicial & Electoral reforms the poor Murder & Rape victims cannot get Justice & stop crime in our country. But these Police, Judicial & Electoral reforms are not possible in this traditional corrupt political system where politicians are the main culprits in the corruption, Rape cases & some are working on Top posts of the Parties in many states. He further said that we cannot expect public interest policies & laws in this corrupt political system where 43% MPs’ of different Political Parties are of criminal background. We all irrespective of any consideration of caste, colour or creed or any political affiliation should support for justice to Sushant Singh Rajput, Disha Salian cases & also all murder & rape cases without any consideration of caste & he has appealed to the poor people of the country  not to get misled by the blame game of all these tested political parties, they all are the chips of the same block & are responsible of all evils in the society. We feel ashamed on our legislators in the parliament as to why they are seen crying hoarse outside the parliament instead of making severe deterrent laws & time bound investigation & speedy trial regarding corruption “which is the mother of all evils”, & also like Shushat Singh Rajput’s & Dissha’s death cases, rapists, drug mafia & adulterators in the parliament. They only discuss non-issue in the parliament to polarize the society, creates conflicts between various sections, faith, regions and castes keeping eye on votes only and nothing else. Public should unite & come forward to raise their voice for getting justice to SSR & Disha’s death cases & for Police, Judicial & Electoral reforms in Parliament. The public of Bihar should Boycott Elections or Press NOTA button off EVMs without any consideration of caste or any political affiliation, No vote until Sushant gets justice.
