Sopore CASO : Two newly recruited militants surrender

Two newly recruited militants on Thursday surrendered in front forces party in Tujjer area of Apple town Sopore.

Reports  said that earlier, joint team of security forces launched Cordon and Search operation (CASO) in the area following the presence of militants in the area.

An official said that two militants were trapped in the area and their families were called to ask them for surrender and they accepted the offer.

A top police officer also confirmed the development and said ,’we congratulate them for accepting the surrender offer and shuning the path of violence.’

It to mention here that earlier a militant also surrendered in front of force’s in Central Kashmir’s Budgam
