JKCSF pays homage to Kashmiri Legend Mohammad Ashraf
Srinagar : Jammu and Kashmiri Civil Society Forum has expressed grief over the demise of former DG Tourism J&K Mohammad Ashraf who passed away Tuesday night.JKCSF Chairman Abdul Qayoom Wani has said that late Mohammad Ashraf was a silent legendary person holding excellence in many dimensions from Adventure to an eminent writer.Wani recalled the contributions of Late Mohammad Ashraf and said that his work needs to be preserved for coming generations for academic-study purposes. Wani said that it was very unfortunate that such people remain unsung till the death and only after death commoners knew who was who.JKCSF paid rich tribute to the departed soul and prayed to Almighty to grant him place in Jannal Ul Firdous.
