Several Panchs resign in Ramhal Handwara, citing corruption within

Days after several Panchs resigned from Zachaldara today three more panchs resigned from Panchayat Halqa Lilam area of Ramhal in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district citing non-co-operation and mismanagement by sarpanch. Panchs of Lilam Halqa Handwara in their resignation letter addressed to nodal officer B2V program Lilam said “ we with humble submission and high regard your good self is requested that I deputy sarpach Reyaz Ahmad Khan along with 2 Panchs Ashiq Hussian Bhat and Ghulam Rasool Khan wants to resign from Panchayat because the sarpach is doing all the works on his own will.
The letter further reads, whoever has done any work the sarpanch has taken the bribe from them as we have a solid record regarding it, one more thing we want to put in your notice that if the sarpanch is Safeena Begum, how can his husband (Bilal Ahmad) attend the meeting and taking all the charges of his wife as a sarpach.
Those who submitted their resignations include Reyaz Ahmad Khan Deputy Sarpach Halqa Lilam, Ashiq Hussian Bhat Ward member ward no o1, and Ghulam Rasool Khan ward member ward no 03.
The letter has copied to Nodal officer B2V III halqa Lilam and media outlets
