Scooty Rider dies after being hit by Tractor in Qazigund village

Qazigund, Oct 04 : A Scooty rider died after being hit by a tractor in Vessu village of Qazigund in south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Sunday.

An official told a local news agency that the scooty rider was hit by a speedy tractor near Vessu on Jammu-Srinagar National highway, resulting in his on spot death.

He identified the deceased as Aadil Sultan Dar son of Mohammad Sultan Dar, a resident of Bangdar Anantnag.

“A case under relevant sections of law has been registered and further investigations taken up,” the official said.
