PDTA PlAYERS REPRESENT INDIA IN WORLD SCHOOL POOMSAE CHAMPIONSHIP

Poonch: Poonch District Taekwondo Academy Players represented India in the recently held ISF world school Taekwondo Poomsae championship hosted by Nepal school sports Federation under the Banner of International school sports Federation of the world. Earlier, the championship was declared open by Jagat Bahadur Bishwakarma Youth and Sports minister of Nepal in the presence Laurent Petnynka ISF President, Shiva Koirala jwala Vice President National sports council of Nepal and Rajkumar kharki championship Chairman.  22 countries of the world from 04 continents, including 292 Boys and 268 Girls Participated in this Mega event.The event was judged by qualified international referees of Taekwondo.Five Players from  District Poonch Taekwondo Academy represented India in this championship.
The Chairman Poonch Taekwondo Academy Pardeep Sharma ex- MLC congratulated all the Players of the Border area of Poonch who represented India at ISF World School Taekwondo POOMSAE Championship 2020. He also congratulated Rajinder Singh from DYSS for giving an excellent platform to the Youth of Poonch by giving them training in Taekwondo and also advised students not to indulge in any drug-related activity. He also assured every possible help for Taekwondo Players of Poonch.
He also congratulated the Department of Youth services and sports for their help to Taekwondo Players. He congratulated Players and their Parents for this great achievement. He also said that if Govt will provide proper attention to Taekwondo,  definitely our players will bring laurels for India in future events. Ashaq Hussain Astt Coach PDTA  was among the other prominent personalities of the area who were present on the occasion.
