Five out of seven employees suspended for absenteesism in Chadoora

Five out of seven govt. employees have been placed under suspension for being absent without authorization and dereliction of duty, sources said on Saturday. The employees were suspended by Executive officer(EO) Municipal committee of Chadoora Nazir Ahmed after they were discovered to be absent during a surprise check of  chungis falling in  MC Chadoora  yesterday.

While as seven employees were found absent from their duties, however, only five employees were suspended. The other two employees got away scot-free, the reason being both employees are related to the top brass of the department. One of the employees is the son- in -law of EO and other employee is head assistants son according to the sources.
