4,823 pilgrims leave Jammu for Amarnath cave in Kashmir
A fresh batch of 4,823 pilgrims left Jammu for the Amarnath cave shrine in the Kashmir Valley on Tuesday, an official said.
“The pilgrims left the Bhagwati Nagar Yatri Niwas here in an escorted convoy of 223 vehicles for the Valley today,” an official said.
“Of these, 2,239 Yatris are going to Baltal base camp, while 2,584 pilgrims are going to Pahalgam base camp,” he said.
