IAS Officer Manoj Kumar Dwivedi Receives Recognition for Book ‘Decode Life’, Meets Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman

New Delhi: Senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Dwivedi has been honoured for his book Decode Life, which has recently received recognition for its impactful insights on life management and personal growth.

Dwivedi, currently serving as Additional Secretary to the Government of India, is known for his extensive administrative experience across Jammu & Kashmir and various central ministries. His book has gained wide appreciation and was also listed among top-selling titles.
