Unclaimed Lockers to Be Reported: GMC Anantnag Issues Strict Order to Departments
Anantnag, Nov 10 : The Office of the Medical Superintendent at Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag has directed all Heads of Departments (HODs) to identify lockers and almirahs in their respective departments and wards and to label them with the names of the staff members to whom they are allotted.
The order, instructs that any unidentified locker or almirah not owned by any staff member must be reported to the Medical Superintendent for necessary action. The directive emphasizes accountability and aims to prevent misuse of unclaimed storage spaces within the hospital and college premises.
Copies of the order have been forwarded to the Principal of GMC Anantnag, all HODs, and the Administrative Officer for strict compliance.
The exercise is intended to ensure that all storage units within departments are properly documented and owned, thereby maintaining transparency and order in the institution’s administrative and clinical sections. (CNS)
