SKIMS Soura Bans Photography and Videography to Protect Patient Privacy

Srinagar, Nov 22: Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura has implemented a strict ban on photography and videography within its premises to safeguard patient confidentiality and privacy.

In an official statement, the hospital authorities announced, “Videography/Photography inside the hospital premises is strictly prohibited to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy. This includes the use of mobile phones or any other devices to capture images or videos.”

The public has been urged to cooperate with hospital security and adhere to protocols to respect the privacy of patients and ensure a secure environment.
