BOMIS Pampore Organises Skiing Course At Gulmarg

Pulwama: Birla Open Minds International School Pampore concluded its first Snow Skiing Course at Gulmarg from 13th January to 18th January 2024.

As per the Sports Coordinator of School, Waseem Beigh, around 21 students participated in Skiing Course with great enthusiasm and fervour.

He said that, Olympian Nadeem Mirza was the Chief Guest, who felicitated all the students of BOMIS Pampore.

“Other guests include: Muzamil, Chief Instructor, DYSS, Grand Master Mir Nazir, Tajinder Singh, Aabid Ahmad, Mohammad Ashraf, Rubeena Jan & Feroz Ahmad, Instructor Burnhall,” Waseem Beigh said, who himself participated as Instructor in the course.

In the end of course, Saffan Sajad was declared best skier in Boys’ Category, while Rutba Nisar was declared best skier in Girls’ category. Meanwhile, the ‘discipline’ award was given to Aleeza Javid.
