JKAP terminates membership of Javid Beigh for ‘Anti Party Activities’
Srinagar: The Jammu & Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) on Monday removed its party leader Javid Hassan Beigh from the basic membership, for “Anti Party Activities” in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
“As informed by District Committee Baramulla, Mr. Javid Hassan Beigh has been found involved in Anti Party Activities,” a statement issued by JKAP General Secretary, Rafi Ahmad Mir reads.
“Since it goes against the basic constitution of the party, his basic membership is hereby terminated, and he is expelled from the party for a period of 5 years,” reads the statement.
