“Swachh Diwali Shubh Diwali Campaign”: MC Tral organises cleanliness drive

Pulwama: In view of MHUA’s campaign titled “Swachh Diwali Shubh Diwali”, being celebrated from 06 to 12 November 2023, the Municipal Committee in Tral sanitized the Pandit Colony of the sub district.

Furthermore, “the citizens of the town were encouraged to sign for clean, green, SuP
free Diwali by sharing their comments, suggestions & videos related to the campaign, on social media platforms.”

An official in MC Tral has said that: “During the campaign Swachh Diwali, Shubh Diwali, Municipal committee Tral sanitized Holy temples of Pandit community & security forces.”

He said that, “a proper lighting arrangement was also placed within the said premises for observing the Holy Depawalli”.

As per the reports, “the Swachh Diwali Shubh Diwali Campaign aims to promote a clean and eco-friendly celebration of Diwali.”
