One child among two dead,nine injured in Gurez road accident

Two people, including a ten-year-old girl has been killed ,while nine others injured after a vehicle they were travelling on plunged into a Nallah near Zadkhus Nallah on Bandipora-Gurez road Saturday morning.

According to an official,Naani Begum (55) and Tabasum Bashir (10) died after a vehicle they were travelling in plunged into a Nallah near Zadkhus Nallah on Bandipora-Gurez road today morning.

He said that Begum died on the way to the district hospital Bandipora while Tabasum died on the spot.“Nine injured persons have been shifted to district hospital Bandipora for treatment. The vehicle they were travelling on was on the way to Gurez from Bandipora when it met with the accident,” he said.
