Saurabh Bhagat Gets Add’l. Charge of Administrative Sec. Skill Development Dept

Srinagar 30 Aug : Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department (STD) Saurabh Bhagat has been assigned an additional charge by the J&K government for the post of Administrative Secretary, Skill Development Department.

The additional charge assigned to Saurabh Bhagat, who is a 2002 IAS officer of an AGMUT cadre, would be in addition to his own duties as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government STD, till further orders, as per an official communique.

“In the interest of administration, Mr. Saurabh Bhagat, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Science and Technology Department, shall hold the charge of the post of Administrative Secretary, Skill Development Department, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” reads a copy of order from the J&K government.
