DDC member Dr Harbaksh Singh joins ‘Bhumi Pujan’ at Nowdal Tral
Pulwama: The DDC member for Tral block & spokesperson of PDP Dr Harbaksh Singh on Sunday joined ‘Bhumi Pujan’ function at Nowdal area of Tral sub district and participated in Hawan/Puja for ‘Yatri Shed’.
On the occasion, Dr Singh assured Pandit community for “full support in construction work of this historic holy place” and announced 2.90 lac out of DDC fund for fencing and Gate.
While talking to Arising State, Dr Singh said that, “Tral is known for this kind of relation, where Muslims and Sikhs participate in Hindu religious festivals and vise versa.”
During the conclusion ceremony of this religious event, Dr Harbaksh Singh prayed for peace, prosperity, & happiness of Jammu and Kashmir.
He also visited Gulshanpora and Diver villages of Tral sub district later, to pay condolences to the bereaved families there.
