J&K Govt Relieves Raj Kumar Goyal ,appointed as Addl Secy, Financial Advisor MEA

Srinagar: The government on Monday relieved the Secretary Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS to the Jammu and Kashmir government and appointed him as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs, government of India.

“Upon his appointment as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, Mr. Raj Kumar Goyal, IAS (JlC1990) is hereby relieved today the 15th of April, 2019 (A.N.) to join his new place of posting,” a government order reads.
