Seventh class boy killed in clashes after polling ends in Langate in north Kashmir
A 7th class boy was killed in clashes with the security forces in Langate area of frontier district of Kupwara after the end of polling for the Baramulla parliamentary constituency on Thursday.Reports said that youth took to streets in Mandigam village of Langate and clashed with the forces after the polling ended this evening. They said that the forces fired pellets to quell the protests, resulting in death of a teen, identified as Owais Mir, a resident of Mandigam.
Medical Superintendent district hospital Handwara said that the teen was brought to the facility for the treatment .The boy was declared dead on arrival at the facility due to the multiple pellet injuries ,said the doctor.
