Police rendered helping hand to stranded tourists at Doodhpathri Budgam
Budgam, 29th December: Budgam Police today rendered a helping hand to 52 stranded tourists at Parihaas Doodhpathri who got stuck due to sudden snowfall.
Police station Khansahib received information that some tourists were stuck at Parihaaas Doodhpathri while travelling in their vehicles due to sudden snowfall, accordingly police party of Police Station Khansahib and police personnel on guard duty at Tangnar Doodhpathri were deputed. All 52 Tourists were provided with necessary assistance & help and were shifted to safe accommodations at Tangnar where from they could travel safely in their vehicles.
Similarly, help was provided to the needy in other locations of the District like Yousmarg, khag etc .
Meanwhile, the tourists expressed their gratitude to the Budgam police for their timely help.
