Notorious drug peddler arrested in Budgam, 07 gms of Heroin recovered

BUDGAM, APRIL 23: Continuing its efforts against drug menace, Budgam Police arrested a notorious drug peddler and recovered 07 gms contraband substance suspected to heroin from his possession.

As per press release, During naka checking at Budgam Chadoora, police party of Police Station Chadoora arrested person found in suspicious circumstances.

“During his personal search 07 grams contraband substances suspected to be heroin was recovered from his possession.”

The arrested person has been identified as Asim Mushtaq Bhat S/o Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat resident of Bugam Chadoora.

Case FIR number 45/2021 under relevant sections of NDPS Act stand registered at Police station Chadoora and investigation taken up.
