Meet 11 year old Yamin from South Kashmir aspiring to become Pro Skier

Anantnag 22 March: Many skiers started hitting the slopes as young as 20 years old, but even those hardcore skiers likely couldn’t do what 11-year-old Yamin is doing at his age.
11-year-old boy Yamin Khursheed hails from the Nowgam Ashmuqam, a far-flung area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district. Yamin’s father is a businessman has achieved several trophies including medals and certificates after he secured the first rank in ski mountaineering games in Pahalgam and Gulmarg.
The young skier Yamin Khursheed has participated in several skier mountaineering games in Kashmir, recently he had participated in ski mountaineering games organized by Tourism Department at Gulmarg and Pahalgam and won first place in the games.
Yamin is formally receiving training from, Pahalgam’s famous, Jawahar Institute of Mountaineering and Winter Sports (JIM&WS) from the last two years.
Talking to Arising state Yamin said that my dream is to become a Pro Skier. Yamin is a class 6th student and is studying in a private school, Alsarwat convent senior higher secondary here in South Kashmir area of Anantnag town.
