Commissioner SMC reviews civil works

In a meeting, held today under the Chairmanship of Commissioner SMC Mr. Athar Aamir Khan, it was decided that to ease out the issues of public as well as tourists for the availability of toilet facility at the peripheries of Boulevard. Joint Commissioner works will on priority identify space at the Boulevard for construction of more toilet facility and also expedite the construction work of public toilet at Nehru Park and ensure its timely completion.

Meanwhile, the directions have also been passed to fix up two Mobile toilets van’s at the designated places on the Boulevard stretch till the completion of a public toilet at an identified location.

Commissioner also reviewed the status of Parks and Gardens with regard to beautification and development.

Besides this, the review on the issuance of Building permissions was also taken up.
