T10 Cricket Tournament Nahir Tral, Season-4: Panner Zalmi team records its fourth consecutive win

Tral, 21 Feb: The final match of T10 Cricket Tournament, Season-04 was played at Nahir sports ground in Tral on Sunday, which was won by the Panner Zalmi team for the fourth consecutive time.

Amid the exhilarating crowd, the match was played in between Rising XI Shaldraman and Panner Zalmi, in which Panner Zalmi won the toss and elected to bat first.

With pressure in the beginning overs, Zalmi team made 164 runs in total. While chasing the target of 165, Rising XI Shaldraman managed to score only 114, for the loss of 8 wickets, and lost the final game.

Nisar Ahmad of the Panner Zalmi team was declared man of the match while Kamran Amin of Rising Stars Shaldraman was declared man of the series.

On the occasion, the players and the management demanded renovation of the sports ground in Nahir Tral at the earliest.

Shabir Khanday, Captain Panner Zalmi has said that “renovation of ground will mitigate the problems of players, and may help them to play comfortably in the coming time.”

Pertinently, the tournament was sponsored by Audio King Tral, Big Sign Awantipora, Sadat Sports Tral, MI Medical Agency, and its media and education partners were Srinagar Mail and Unitech computers respectively.
