REPUBLIC DAY 2021 CELEBRATED IN POLICE DISTRICT SOPORE

Sopore 26 Jan:72nd Republic day 2021 was celebrated in Police District Sopore with highest fervor wherein tricolor was unfurled at each Police Station/police establishment/Tehsil Headquarters/Block Development Offices and main function in this behalf was held at Khushal Sports Stadium Tulibal Sopore.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Sopore Shri. Parvaiz Sajad-KAS, as chief guest unfurled the national flag, inspected the parade, and took a salute at the march past.

SSP Sopore Shri. Javaid Iqbal-JKPS, SDPO Sopore Shri. Raja Majid-JKPS, SDPO Rafiabad Shri. Nissar Ahmad-JKPS, DYSP DAR Shri. Ghulam Mohiuddin DYSP PC Sopore Shri. Mohammad Amin-JKPS, SHO Police Station Sopore, and Tarzoo besides other senior officers of the civil administration/Police Department were present on the occasion.

The march past was presented by the contingents of District Police Sopore, JKAP, CRPF, JKHG besides, colorful cultural programmes were presented and awards were given to the best performers by the chief guest.

A large number of people witnessed the function as elaborate security arrangements were made by the District Police Sopore on this behalf.
