SMC releasing dogs in Chadoora : Chairman MC Budgam Fahad Andrabi 

Srinagar, Jan 21 : Muncipal Committe Chairman Chadoora Fahad Andrabi has accused Srinagar Muncipal Committe Officials of releasing dogs after catching them in chadoora area.

Talking to KNS, he said, ” I’ve myself seen a tipper unloading the dogs in my town. When I tried to catch him, the driver ran away. I can’t tolerate such acts within my jurisdiction. I request SMC Mayor Junaid Mattoo to kindly look into the matter.

Further, we are going to install CCTV’s in the town which can put end to these shameful acts of SMC in the town.”
