Awantipora Police rendered helping hand to the needy during inclement weather

Awantipora 05 Jan: Awantipora Police provided helping hand to people who got stranded on roads while travelling due to inclement weather at Lethpora, Khrew, Tral Awantipora and Pampore.

The special police assistance teams were are deployed at various locations especially on Highway for providing assistance to the vehicles stuck on the road due to slippery roads.

An official said that a pregnent Lady hailing from Awantipora was shifted to SDH Pampore in departmental vehicle of Police Awantipora.

He said that, similarly, another pregnant lady hailing from Dadsara area was shifted from Drumbal Tral to SDH Tral in a departmental vehicle of Police Awantipora.
