Sopore police distributes COVID-19 kits among BPL families

Sopore, 31 Dec : Jammu and Kashmir Police have been endeavoring to substantially support the poor and needy families in Society especially during hours of crisis. Although innumerable contributions have been made by J & K Police to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and save precious lives, such efforts have been continued and accordingly today at Dak Bungalow Sopore and Police Station Tarzoo Covid -19 kits comprising of Oximeter, Digital Thermometer, Masks, Sanitizer, Gloves, Face shields, Inhaler etc were distributed by the Sopore Police under the Aegis of Civic action programme amongst the BPL families in the jurisdiction of Police Station Sopore and Police Station Tarzoo.
Besides a demonstration on the use of Covid-19 protection articles and general awareness about prevention of Covid-19 pandemic was given by SSP Sopore Shri. Javaid Iqbal-JKPS.
While speaking on the occasion SSP Sopore requested the general public to adopt all precautionary measures to save families from the Covid-19 pandemic.
