7 cattle charred to death in fire incident at Tral’s Dodkulan top

Tral: In an overnight fire incident, seven cattle charred to death in a cowshed at Dodkolan area of Lurgam village in South Kashmir’s Tral.
One of the locals told Arising State that the fire broke out in the cowshed (traditional doka) of Juma Gojjar, son of Abdul Kareem Gojjar at Dodkulan top in Lurgam, during the intervening night, leaving six buffalos and one cow charred to death, while family members had a narrow escape.
He said that another cow is having severe burn injuries, and was being treated till this report was filed in.
Meanwhile, Abdul Rashid Sarpanch of Dodkulan along with Sarpanch Panzoo village reached to the spot early in the morning today and demanded compensation to the affected family.
